How to: Correct a wrong email address when ordering online

If you are shopping on our Webstore as a guest and enter the wrong email address during checkout, you can let us know by contacting Webstore Support via help ticket.

You will need to provide proof of your order to help us identify you; such as the amount you were charged, shipping address, and correct email address. We will make the adjustment once we have verified your purchase.

Please be aware that our customer support team is not able to change the email that is associated with an order. Instead, we can try and provide the order confirmation and tracking information to you under whatever account you use to reach out to us.
