Orders: Where can I find my order number?
There are two ways to find your order number, depending on whether you have a Corsair account or not.
If you have a Corsair account...
You can find your order number in your order history:
- Log in to your Corsair account.
- Click My Account.
- Click My Orders.
Your order number will be listed in the ORDER NUMBER column.
If you placed an order as a guest...
You can find your order number in the confirmation email sent to you.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, it may have been sent to your spam folder or you may have entered the wrong email address during checkout.
If you think you may have entered the wrong email address, contact Customer Support to correct the email address. Make sure you provide proof of your purchase (e.g. the amount charged or your shipping address).

No orders found. Please recheck your order number and email address, then try again.
