Account: How to request an account deletion according to Corsair's Privacy Policy
In the digital age, managing your online presence and personal security is crucial. If you've decided to delete your purchase or forum account with Corsair, Elgato, Origin PC, SCUF Gaming, or Gamer Sensei, follow these straightforward steps to submit your deletion request. Remember, the process is user-driven, and you have full control over initiating the deletion.
Account Deletions
- Send an email to data.controller@corsair.com to request account deletion.
- In the body of the email, please specify which account(s) you would like to be deleted.
- Please send this email from the same email account that you are requesting the deletion for. This is a crucial step as it proves the ownership of the account.
Please Note: Customer Service agents cannot help you via a support ticket. You must request the deletion in a separate email as described above. Account deletions are not instantaneous after you send a request. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
