If your headset is not connecting, or you recently replaced the wireless dongle for your headset, it is likely it will need to be paired to it again. In order to pair the device:
- Plug the wireless receiver dongle into the computer.
- With the dongle plugged in, locate the tiny hole near the dongle's LED. Using a paper clip, press into the hole until the dongle's LED begins to blink rapidly.
- Hold down the Power button on the side of the headset until the dongle's LED turns solid.
