iCUE: What to do if iCue shows critical battery level although the battery is still charged

If your device shows a "critical" battery level in iCUE, but the battery still holds a full charge, there's a few things that can easily correct this.

1. Ensure that iCUE is up-to-date and that your device is running the latest firmware version.

2. Drain the battery of your device completely and recharge it fully.
