Customer Service: Why did I not get a manual or quickstart guide for my new product?

CORSAIR is actively trying to reduce its carbon footprint. One of the ways we are doing this is limiting the number of paper goods that we print and put in boxes, as manuals and quickstart guides usually get tossed and added to waste.
