Once an order is placed and enters our system, we are unable to modify it. This includes changing the production speed or upgrading the shipping method to an expedited service.
Your Available Options
If you absolutely need a faster turnaround, the only option is to cancel your current order (if it has not yet entered production) and place a new order with your preferred shipping or production speed selected at checkout.
Checking Eligibility
To see if your order is still eligible for cancellation, log in to your account or use our Support Chat. If the "Cancel" option is no longer visible, the order has already moved into production.
