Receiving Your PRODUCT
Once your package is delivered, it takes a short time to be scanned into our system. You’ll receive a confirmation email the moment this happens.
REPLACEMENT Processing
Our team will inspect the item and process the replacement to the address provided.

SHIPPING BACK
Once the product is ready to be shipped back, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48h for the tracking to be working on the carrier's website.
