How to: Reset your Virtuoso Headset

If you're experiencing issues with your Virtuoso, Virtuoso SE, or Virtuoso XT headset, a reset may help resolve the problem. Follow these simple steps to reset your headset:

1. Ensure the headset is in wireless mode.
   

2. Press and hold the mute button down for a continuous 15 seconds until the lights on the headset turn off.

3. Connect the headset to your PC using the appropriate cables or adapters. During this process, you may notice the headset flashing a few times, indicating a successful reset.
