Headset:Spare Part Requests

If you are no longer within warranty or accidentally caused damage to a part of your headset, you can use the information below to request a replacement part.

Please note that replacement parts are fulfilled based on availability and inventory. If the part is no longer manufactured or available, we may not be able to provide a replacement.

Please note, at this time we do not offer replacement batteries for our wireless headsets. If you are experiencing battery issues, please follow the Battery Related option on the previous page.
