My headset isn't being detected by my computer
If you have a wired headset

Check the connections: Ensure that your headset is properly connected and inserted fully into the corresponding port.

Try a different port: If your headset is connected via USB, try using a different USB port on your computer. If it's connected via an audio jack, try using a different audio port. Make sure you are not using a USB hub or passthrough.

Update drivers: This means make sure your system's Audio Driver is up to date via device manager. You can also download the latest version of iCUE from the CORSAIR site for your iCUE Compatible headset which gives you access to the CORSAIR Gaming Audio driver.

If you have a wireless headset
- Ensure Proper Connection: Check that the wireless receiver is properly inserted into a USB port on your computer and that the headset is powered on. Please also make sure you are not using any USB Hub or Passthrough.

Try a Different USB Port: Sometimes, a USB port might not function correctly. Plug the wireless adapter into a different USB port to see if detection improves.

If you have a Bluetooth headset
- Ensure a the headset is properly connected: Make sure that your PC is discoverable via Bluetooth. Then go into your PC's Bluetooth settings and select the option to add a new device. Put your headset into pairing mode (refer to the headset's quick start guide for the instructions) and select the headset when it appears in the list of available devices.

Update the Bluetooth drivers: Ensure that the latest Bluetooth drivers are installed on your PC. You can download the latest drivers from your PC manufacturer's website or use Windows Update to check for driver updates.
