If your headset is not connecting or you recently replaced the wireless dongle for your headset, you might need to pair your device again.
To pair the device:
- Plug the wireless receiver dongle into the computer.
- With the dongle plugged in, locate the tiny hole near the dongle's LED.
- Using a paper clip, press into the hole until the dongle's LED begins to blink rapidly.
- Hold down the Power button on the side of the headset until the dongle's LED turns solid.
