What countries can the Webstore ship to?

The following chart lists the countries our Webstore can ship products to.

Are there addresses Corsair cannot ship to?

For Webstore orders, we cannot ship to the following addresses:

  • PO boxes in both the USA and Canada
  • US military addresses such as APO, FPO, and DOP
  • Countries that UPS has restricted service to
  • Countries that FedEx has restricted service to
  • Countries that DHL has restricted service to

To see what countries UPS has restricted, visit the Approved Countries List on the UPS website.

To see what countries FedEx has restricted, visit their Reminder of Contract Terms on their website.

To see what countries DHL has restricted, visit their Export Control and Sanctions List on their website.

The aggregated list of these restrictions is as follows:

  • Belarus
  • Russia
  • Tanzania
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Syria
  • Region of Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk of Ukraine

Additionally, Corsair will not ship to these countries:

  • Turkey
  • Malta (Europe)

 



What shipping services does Corsair use?

NOTE: We do not allow customers to pay for expedited shipping. We book all our products using the fastest and most efficient shipping method.

AMER: North, Central and South America

For most standard deliveries, we ship UPS from our AMER shipping locations. We will use FedEx from our APAC shipping locations for DRAM, storage devices, and some PC gaming Systems. We may use regional-specific shipping carriers for products heading to Central and South America.

EMEA: Europe, Middle East, and Africa

For most standard deliveries, we ship UPS from our EMEA shipping locations. We will use FedEx from our APAC shipping locations for DRAM, storage devices, and some PC gaming Systems.

APAC: Asia and Pacific

All deliveries to and from this region ship with FedEx.

Additional Carriers

  • For small parcels and spare parts, we may also use DHL and a local Postal Carrier to ship these products to you.
  • Our Platform Series Desks Shipments in the United States will be handled by FedEx.
     


Can Corsair hold my order to ship at a later date?

Unfortunately we do not offer holding or delaying shipments. If an item is in stock and the order is accepted and processed, it is typically shipped within 24 hours. 

 



Can I Change the Shipping Address of My Order?

Unfortunately, Corsair cannot change the shipping address for an order after the order has been placed.  However, you may still have an option available if the order is not already on its way to the carrier or in any stage of the shipping process.

Option 1: Cancel Your Order Before Shipment Preparation If your order has not been shipped or is in the preparation stage, you may have the option to cancel your order. By doing so, you can then place a new order with the correct shipping address.  How to: Cancel your Corsair.com Order

Option 2: Return the Item for a Refund If, for any reason, your order cannot be canceled, and it has already been shipped to the original address entered at the time of purchase, the next step is to initiate a return. What happens if a package is undeliverable?

When a package is returned to Corsair as undeliverable, we will issue you a full refund. Shipping charges are included in this refund, except for some handling charges. The carrier will generally notify you if your delivery qualifies as undeliverable and what your next steps will be.

Reasons why a package might be undeliverable include but are not limited to:

  • The address provided is incorrect or outdated. A package is usually stored for a period of time that varies depending on the courier holding onto it, and then the package is returned to us. Double-check the address when placing your order to avoid this issue.
  • Our system doesn't recognize the way an address was entered, or the package was assigned to a carrier that can't deliver to that address.
  • The shipping address is a restricted address that includes restrictions that complicate delivery (e.g. the address of a correctional facility, military addresses, etc. Find a full list of restricted addresses here in our What Addresses can Corsair ship to? article.
  • The carrier made several attempts to deliver the package, but could not successfully do so.
  • The recipient refused the delivery; this sometimes happens when the delivery is a gift but the recipient was not aware of it and thought the delivery was a mistake.
  • The package was damaged in transit, and the carrier returned it to us instead of completing the delivery. Label damage or package damaged beyond delivery means are a few reasons this could show.

We are not able to re-ship orders that were returned to us as undeliverable. If you still want the items in the undeliverable order, you can place a new order on our website.

 


How do I know when my order has shipped?

If you ordered something from our Webstore, you can use this page to check what the status of your order is.

Please note that if your order just shipped out, it may take between 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to go live. If your tracking number is not live yet, please wait a few hours and then try again.
 


What does my order status mean?

Pending

Your order is currently being processed for delivery. At this point, it has not yet been picked up by a carrier.

Shipment Ready

Your order is ready to be sent out, but has not been picked up by a carrier yet. If the order status seems to be stuck on "Shipment Ready," it is possible that:

  • The carrier has not picked up the package yet
  • The carrier failed to update the status of the package.

In-Transit

Your order has been sent out and is on its way to you.

Delivered

Your order has arrived at your address.

Return to Sender

Your order has been sent back to us. You will see this status if you refuse delivery or if the package needs to be recalled.

 


 

Estimated Shipping Times

Most of our products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States (Duluth, GA; San Bernardino, CA), and Taiwan, depending on their product category. The transit time is between 1 to 6 days for ground shipments and 4 to 5 days via FedEx for our Taiwan shipments, depending on your address.

What warehouse does my order ship from?

All major product categories ship from Duluth and San Bernardino, so please look at the maps below for your state and product category; we try to optimize delivery within three days of the delivery state if possible. 

For example, if you are ordering from Wyoming, you would primarily refer to the San Bernardino map, as we ship from that warehouse consistently for that region.
